It has been our great pleasure to have the opportunity to work with folks in the culinary world who just get it. 

Executive Chef John Griffiths sources beef from Rain Crow Ranch for Washington University through Bon Appetit Management Company.  He understands what dealing with a small-scale family farm is all about and that we have to utilize the whole carcass.  It is incredible the way Chef John is creative with changing his menu to accomodate those needs.

We truly see these chefs as partners and co-producers in making what we do possible.  Many thanks from our family at Rain Crow Ranch to chefs who understand and support us.  Together we just might change the way America eats.
