Our shopping cart is hosted on a server and uses a secure SSL system.  Your order is stored in our MS SQL database. Your credit card is encrypted.

Your order information helps us recall orders, issue refunds, ship products and helps us provide you with the status of your shipment.

We use a third party shipping company, Egourmet, for many of our order shipments.  Your shipping information is provided to them in order to pack and ship your order.  In turn, your order will be shipped by either Fed Ex, USPS or UPS.

4. Google Analytics

5.  Amazon

We use a secure opt-in subscription system and we reserve the right to contact subscribers with information related to this website and blog. 7.  Newsletter

If you choose to sign up for our grass fed beef drawing or drawing, you are agreeing to receive our newsletter.  We store your email on a database to send the email to you.

Every newsletter provides you with an option to opt out.

8.  Blog Comments

When leaving a comment on our blog, users must submit a name and email address. To combat spam, the blogging platform also records the IP address of anyone submitting a comment.

Again, none of this information will be shared with anyone without your direct permission.  The information you provide helps us filter out known spammer comments and to contact you if you express a concern or ask us a question.

9. Children

American Grass Fed Beef/ Rain Crow Ranch does not knowingly collect or solicit Personally Identifiable Information from or about children under 13 except as permitted by law. If we discover we have received any information from a child under 13 in violation of this policy, we will delete that information immediately.
